Norwegian toast

Ingredients

To make this Norwegian toast you need:

• Slice of farmhouse bread
• Double cream
• Dill
• Smoked salmon
• Smoked pepper
• Salt, pepper
• Olive oil
• Parsley

Preparation

1. Mix the double cream with the finely chopped dill.
2. Toast the bread.
3. Top the bread with cream and add the marinated peppers cut into thin strips.
4. Add the salmon cut into strips.
5. Sprinkle with lemon zest.
