To realize this Italian toast you need ...

• Slice of farmhouse bread
• the tomato coulis
• the mozzarella
• the cured ham
• dried tomatoes
• salt and the pepper
• olive oil

Preparation

1. Spray the sandwich of a dash of olive oil and cover it with tomato coulis. #Add the mozzarella, the cured ham. #Put down some tomatoes dried to decorate.
2. Spend the sandwich in the oven.
