Ingredients
- La Boulangère Swedish square or round bread
- Smoked salmon
- A cucumber
- Lettuce leaves
- Crème fraîche
- Dill
Preparation
- Toast 3 Swedish rolls
- Prepare the sauce by mixing the crème fraîche and the finely chopped dill.
- Cut the cucumber in thin slices.
- Arrange the cream, lettuce, slices of cucumber and salmon on a slice of Swedish bread.
- Cover with a second slice of bread and start each stage again: cream, lettuce, cucumber, salmon.
- Close the sandwich with the last slice.
